Heat vs Mavs Game 6 Preview: Is This The End For King James

The Miami Heat will be in front of their home crowd and will that make enough of a difference to stop the Mavs in Game 6. This series has been close throughout and each team has had their chances to win games and lose them as well. Lebron James has not been the player the Heat fans had hoped for when they reached the NBA Finals. Has Lebron wilted under the pressure? So far, it seems that way and unless something crazy happens that will probably continue.

Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade can't count on their sidekick to show up in the fourth quarter because he has not done anything in that quarter for them. Miami will need good production from their bench if they want to win Game 6. For the Mavericks it will be the same formula that has won before and that is plenty of Dirk and keep it close to the end. Dallas knows Miami has struggled closing out games and Dirk is one of the best closers in the the game.

Game 6 could be the end of the road for King James unless him and the Miami Heat pull this game out. Miami plays well at home, but I do not see Dallas letting this opportunity slip away. I look for Dirk to have a big game and the Dallas Mavericks do close out the Miami Heat and King James. It will be close throughout the game, but I like the Mavericks to win.

Yankees Get Feisty In 11-7 Win Over Indians

After getting swept by the Boston Red Sox at home the New York Yankees were not in a good mood and took in out on the slumping Cleveland Indians by a score of 11-7. The Yankees struggled in the Red Sox series and was not in the mood to see their players get hit with a baseball anymore.

JoeGirardi and Acta got into a heated argument when both benches and bullpens emptied after Teixeira was hit behind the shoulder by a second-inning pitch from struggling Cleveland starter Fausto Carmona. No punches were thrown and there appeared to be little pushing and shoving— if any. Plate umpire Dale Scott issued warnings to both teams, and there was no further trouble.

Alex Rodriguez hit a colossal home run, Curtis Granderson also connected and New York as they made the Indians pay for plunking their player. The Yankees needed this win to get back on track. Losing to their rival Boston Red Sox like they did took a lot out of them and they needed a win like this to feel good about themselves again.
