Orlando Magic Need To Learn How To Play D-E-F-E-N-S-E

The Orlando Magic are up to their own tricks again not realizing that you cannot outscore every team that you play. Getting it done on the defensive end is something that they must learn to do. I think trading for a defensive stopper should be in the Magic future. Until they do that they will just be a team that gets into the playoffs only to lose.

Dwight Howard is really the only defensive stopper they have, but when he gets into foul trouble that is all they have. Brining someone in may be the only choice that they have. I really do not see anyone on their bench that can get the job done. Unless Orlando gets better defensively it will be another fast exit out of the playoffs. Dwight Howard maybe getting tired of it and him signing long-term may be effected as well. Get Howard some defensive help is the answer to the Magic problems.

Do We Still Consider Jay Cutler A Quitter?

Before the facts we all considered Jay Cutler a quitter for not finishing the game, but now with an MRI we find out he was injured. Does this change anything about the perception about Cutler and how it played out? Now every person has a different threshold of pain and may his is not as high as others. I know most players would tell you they would try to give it a go and they would have to carry them off the field.

Cutler was injured, but when you are playing for a Super Bowl berth you have to not give up. Like I said before Favre and others would have stayed on the field. Emmitt Smith played a whole game with a separated shoulder. It's something you have to do when you want to get to the Championship level. No one really knows how bad Cutler's knee was except him and he will never tell. I guess we are all to sit and wonder why. The telltale sign for me was all the players who went to Twitter and ripped on Cutler. That speaks volumes to what the game means to people and individuals.
