Connecticut Women Ready To Win Another NCAA Championship

Connecticut took the overall number one seed in the Women's NCAA Basketball Tournament and with a 33-0 record it is no doubt that they will be the favorite to win it all. The odds are against though as being undefeated going into a tournament does not guarantee you any kind of success, but UCONN has the talent to do it. Other top teams were Oklahoma, Maryland, and Duke earned the other three No. 1 seeds. The Sooners are in the Oklahoma City regional, the Terrapins are headed to Raleigh and the Blue Devils will make the cross-country trek to Berkeley.

The Women's NCAA Tournament is always a great event and I enjoy watching it also. I will be watching to see if their is any teams that can take down UCONN and win the Women's NCAA Tournament or will UCONN run the table and have a perfect season. It should be very interesting to see how this all plays out in the end.

Courtney Paris Makes Bold Prediction Puts Up Scholarship

Oklahoma's Courtney Paris has not only guaranteed that the Sooners will win the NCAA women's basketball title, she's willing to put up her scholarship to back it up. He scholarship is valued at around 64,000 dollars so she is giving up a lot. Do I think the University will take it back that is highly unlikely, but it still is a bold prediction. Paris and her Oklahoma Sooners are third ranked in the country and number one in the Big 12, but that's a bold prediction.

Connecticut has already beat Oklahoma by 28 points and stand 32-0, but she is passionate about the University of Oklahoma and their fans so you have to respect the young lady for putting this on the line. It shows she has the will to win a championship and you never know what this could do for her team. It could give them the incentive they need you just do not know. I will follow this story and tell you how well it comes out for her.
