Denver Pays Back New Jersey With A Rout of their Own
A little while back the Denver Nuggets got routed pretty bad by the New Jersey Nets and the Nuggets go to pay that favor back as they got a easy 121-96 win in Denver. J.R. Smith and Nene scored 19 points each, Chauncey Billups had 14 points and 10 assists and Denver extended its winning streak to three with a 121-96 win over the Nets. Denver had to have payback on their minds after the earlier rout. No matter what any player tells you when you get beat that bad you always remember things like this.

Connecticut Women Ready To Win Another NCAA Championship
Connecticut took the overall number one seed in the Women's NCAA Basketball Tournament and with a 33-0 record it is no doubt that they will be the favorite to win it all. The odds are against though as being undefeated going into a tournament does not guarantee you any kind of success, but UCONN has the talent to do it. Other top teams were Oklahoma, Maryland, and Duke earned the other three No. 1 seeds. The Sooners are in the Oklahoma City regional, the Terrapins are headed to Raleigh and the Blue Devils will make the cross-country trek to Berkeley.
The Women's NCAA Tournament is always a great event and I enjoy watching it also. I will be watching to see if their is any teams that can take down UCONN and win the Women's NCAA Tournament or will UCONN run the table and have a perfect season. It should be very interesting to see how this all plays out in the end.
Jay Cutler Wants To Be Traded!
Jay Cutler had a meeting over the weekend with the Denver Broncos and according to various sources nothing went well with the meeting and Cutler wants to be traded. Cutler has already put his home up for sale and that is a very good indication that he wants out. Cutler was not happy that the Broncos were considering trading him for someone else when he was suppose to be the quarterback of the future and I cannot blame him one bit. Many people have called Cutler selfish and taking this too far, but the bottom line is if they do not have confidence in him and do not want him around why stay. Cutler has been betrayed in a sense and this is one fence that will never be fixed it seems. I look for Cutler to be traded, but where.
Many rumors have surface, but one likely spot is in Cleveland where they have a surplus of quarterbacks and the Browns are looking to unload Quinn or Anderson. Trading for Cutler makes sense and for the Broncos they can get a quarterback in return and try to move on from this sticky situation they put themselves into. I guess we will see soon if he is moved as the draft is coming up and usually moving him now would make much more sense then waiting to do it later.

Lebron James Leads Epic Comeback As Cavaliers Get Road Win
Great players have the never say die attitude and Lebron James is one of those players. Last night in Los Angeles James and the Cavaliers were looking at a 19 point deficit in the fourth quarter, but it did not seem to faze Lebron James and his mates. James got a triple double in the game and Mo Williams hit a go ahead three pointer with 6.6 seconds left to give the Cavaliers a thrilling 87-83 win over the hapless Clippers in Los Angeles. The Clippers are one of the worse teams in the NBA and they proved it last night by letting the Cavaliers come back to grab the win. James had 32 points 13 rebound and 11 assists in the game while Mo Williams tossed in 14 points for the Cavaliers.

NFL News And Notes
It seems the off-season brings many different stories and so far this season it is no different. let's get right into today's news and see what is happening. LaDainian Tomlinson and the San Diego Chargers restructured the final three years of his contract in a deal that gives the team some needed cap room and it gives Tomlinson more job security and hopefully this will make both sides happy and they will get along better.
Jay Cutler who has been the talk of rampant trade talks had a conference call with Denver broncos brass, but it seems it did not go very well and they still have a very rocky relationship. The biggest problem is no player especially your starting quarterback who you drafted to be the man wants to be traded and when you do dangle the idea and he hears about it trust is broken. Once that trust is broken many times you never get it back. Might be a good idea to trade him now and save the headaches later.
Orlando Pace was cut by the St. Louis Rams as a cost cutting measure. He was a 7 time All-Pro, but has been slowed recently by injuries. It also saves the Rams money off the cap which is why it was done. Michael Vick's mansion went up on the auction block yesterday to pay off some of his debt, but the only problem was no one bid on it.

What Is Wrong With Dale Earnhardt Jr?
What is going on with Dale Earnhardt Jr? Why has he not won a Championship? You ask those two questions and you will get many different reasons why Junior has not won a Nascar Championship. Some say it is because he is too nice and does not have the edge that he needs. Many people point to his father who never had a problem pushing someone out of his way to win a race and he does not want to be like that. Others put the blame on his relationship with crew chief Tony Eury Jr who is his crew chief and cousin. People think the relationship has hindered Junior's growth and may never win a championship under him, but my theory has nothing to do with that one.
Junior is to nice for his own good and that is his biggest problem. His dad was never one afraid to rock the boat and say how he feels and this is what Junior needs to do. It seems he always tries to say the right things instead of being Junior the race car driver. Can Junior win a championship? Of course he can, but not until he quits worrying about doing everything people want and he starts driving a race car like he is capable of. When he drove the Busch Series for his Dad his only worries was getting into the car and winning, but now so many other things come into play and that is stifling his chances for success. He just needs to let go and drive the damn race car.
Dwayne Wade MVP In His Future?
If Dwayne Wade is not on your scorecard as a MVP finalist then you better write him in right now. Wade hit three clutch shots last night, but none was bigger than when he stole the ball from John Salmon with three seconds left and hit a running three-pointer to give Miami a 130-127 win in double overtime over Chicago. In all Dwayne Wade score 48 points and had 12 assists in the game for the Heat.
Wade was recently named the player of the month for February and there is no doubt he is one of the hottest players in the NBA right now. Wade can score at will it seems and he can carry the Heat himself when he needs to. Dwayne Wade is having a magical season that he does not want to see end and neither does the Miami Heat fans as well. Wade is going to have a tough time wrestling the MVP award from Lebron James, but a great playoff series might just do that.
